"Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. "This house is very, very nice. Thr pictures are accurate. House is well stocked. Kitchen could use a few more pans for cooking but that is really just a personal want. Man i have been to many beaches around the world...and this beach is perhaps the best ive ever been to. 100% clean. No trash. No seaweed. Rocks? Not a 1. Clear water? Check. "Quiet area, between 2 extremely close beaches we had to ourselves. We had 3 separate suites- one for my son and family, one for my daughter and grandson and one for my husband and I. The house was immaculate and had all the necessities you could think of. The host was nearby for anything you needed or questions you would have. Lots of nearby restaurants and a grocery store."

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. "This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!"

"The property was very cute and clean and had many items I wasn’t expecting. It could use an ironing board and iron and some outlets in the bathroom for blow dryer use. The price was very reasonable. Might need it again next year for the last week of June again. "

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. "Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. "

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."
