"Valet parking is a $39 additional charge per night. Can add up a bit if staying for a while and you have to wait for 30 minutes for them to bring your car to you. Seems like an unnecessary expense but it can’t be avoided if you decide to bring a car when you visit."

"We stayed in the motor inn, which is basically the motel side of the luxury resort. We were given access to the luxury resort facilities like the spa and restaurants (I'm sure the casino too), which we can't complain. As our stay was a last minute thing, we didn't find good options in CBD Hobart nor Battery Point, but this location turned out to be only minutes' drive away, we are very happy we snatched a last minute deal from here. "The buffet breakfast was lovely every day and the room service was of a high standard. The staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located near the harbour and major tourist attractions are not far away. Easy walk to the CBD and the Salamanca Markets on a Saturday. Great restaurants within walking distance, and the SkyWays Bus to the airport stops right outside. Would definitely stay again when we return to Hobart."

We encountered some concerns regarding the plumbing system in the ground floor rooms, specifically the noticeable sound of water usage from the upper floors. It’s close to the main streets, food options are a short drive and a private luxury location feel. the breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing of the mountains with snow on it! The rooms are nice and the bathroom floor is heated which is unreal in the cold weather. The staff were amazing and very attentive. One of my favourite stays!"
