"The place itself was clean, communication with owners was easy and all the details provide were bang on. Building has a smell to it but not the apartment, it’s not a big deal at all and I’d say building is dated but again the apartment is very well maintained. I learned AC in Alberta isn’t overly common so windows open and fans helped keep it comfortable. Would consider again as it was close enough to downtown without having to be right downtown."

"By far the best vrbo I’ve stayed at. Only 1 very slight hiccup with check-in but it was rectified promptly. Perfectly set up in terms of a welcome gift, household supplies, kitchen supplies, extra cleaning supplies, and bathroom supplies. Also the simplest and straightforward checkout. I would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Pictures are accurate to the actual property, good cleanliness and has all basic needs. Only thing to mention (which was not an issue for us), is there is no door seperating the unit from the rest of the house, but there is a lock on the bedroom door. "

"It felt like you are staying at your own place. Such convenience to be there. The view is spectacular. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious. It was really easy to get hold of the manager when needed. We loved our stay. "

"Our family spent 3 days at this home and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 6 adults, 2 kids 10 & 13, and 2 under 2 years old). The basketball hoop in the backyard was a big hit as was the pool table downstairs. Lots of room for family time, but everyone still had their own space also. The green space behind the house was a bonus and the kids enjoyed the park. "

"RGW’s Cozy CASA is exactly as advertised. The home is newly renovated and very modern and clean. Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Highly recommended for a family or small group. Only thing missing that would have been nice on a hot weekend was air conditioning. Other than that it was a great rental property and would definitely stay again. "

"The location was good for what we were there for. I learned thatvyou need to check the whole listing of amenities offered and not be fooled by nice puctures. The couches are very uncomfortable for watching TV. Dishwasher out of order and because I did not check all amenities no air conditioner. Lots of windows so nice and sunny but makes the rooms hot. Small fans offered dont cut it even on just a warm day. We are country folk so just not used to city life. We wrre happy to be close to...
