"Ardfern is a very pretty village and a great springboard to explore Argyll. The decor is dark but there are tables outside and a great view of the loch from the picnic benches out back. The bar area has a great feel and a regular stream of sailors from the local marina"

The Great Western Hotel
"Nice property , clean and well maintained. Easy and swift check in. The advertising of the hotel focused a lot on the gym , Golf, Spa and swimming pool facilities, and I was a little annoyed to find out on reading the small print ( after we had booked) that there was a £15 per person charge to use ..."

"Kleine cabin op een prachtige locatie met uitzicht op het meer! Vanaf terrein waar de cabin staat kun je zo het bos inlopen. Net groot genoeg voor 4 volwassenen, met de bagage die je bij je hebt. Prima uitgeruste keuken , maar het 2 persoonsbed heeft een slecht matras, dat echt aan vervanging toe ..."
