"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"La chambre était très propre. L'air climatisé fonctionnait vraiment bien l'emplacement est bon je n'ai rien à dire de négatif sur la chambre. Ce que je n'ai pas trouvé agréable cest le dépôt de 300$ en débit ou cash. Sur carte de crédit c'était 150$
Appart ça j'ai trouvé que c'était très bien surtout considérant que c'était moins cher qu'un motel à Montréal! Je recommande."

"We really enjoyed our stay at breakfast we thought it was odd no toaster when we checked out with the manager very nice and professional lady . We mentioned that and she said it was in the other room. She even offered to make us toast to go!!! Wow now that service…thank you so very much will absolutely stay again if we are in that area..lots of safe parking..as well"

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

"Je suis vraiment déçu d’avoir payé pour 2 nuits d’avance sur expedia.
Le personnel lors du check-in était incompétent et aucunement à l’écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Quality inn de Barrie c’est vraiment un endroit que je ne conseille pas à personne et surtout pas aux familles en déménagement dans le cadre de leur emploi. Le dévouement n’est pas au rendez-vous, tel qu’ils affiche en toutes lettres dans leur espace d’accueil de l’hôtel."
