"The house was fantastic, unbelievable view and very relaxing. We suggest an easier lock, it always took us several times to log in the code as the lock would cancel out partway through entering the code. Possibly the battery needs changing? The large gate latch was difficult to open and lock. It would be nice to have more patio furniture, only seating for 2. The bathroom lacked a hair dryer. "Charming cottage with a beautiful view from every window. Loved waking up to a group of Canadian geese and a momma deer with her fawn would come by in the afternoon. We packed in our groceries and seasonings, however the kitchen had a plethora of seasonings, coffee cocoa and fixings for pancakes! Beds were comfy, but small. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Fair Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The kids loved having the upstairs room all to themselves and played as much foosball as video games. We also enjoyed the sauna and picking oysters fresh from the beach.The home was dog friendly; if you have a dog who needs a lot of walking there's not much space along the shoulder of the highway, so be prepared to drive to a dog park in nearby Belfair. We all wished that we had more time and better weather so...

I'll never understand why blowing stuff up, terrorizing the animal world and some of us humans, is really a good expression of celebration of our independence, especially since we are facing a clear and present danger of losing it to radicals."

"This beautiful lakefront property is suited for a family, not 2 couples. Everything is as described in the listing. Directions to get to the property were perfect, it is a little tucked away. Facilities were excellent and plenty of clean sheets and towels. We were probably the first renters of the season, we had to clear quite a few cobwebs on the outdoor furniture. Otherwise an excellent place for a small family. "

"This spot was perfect for my friends and I to enjoy part of our break. The house was spacious and had amazing amenities. The host was easy to reach and responsive and having Alderbrook resort so near was a nice spot to stop by before checking in. This is my second time at this location and I would book this place again in a heart beat."

"Staying here gave us a wonderful weekend away from everything! The ever-changing view of the lake is amazing, and I often wandered down the steps just to sit on the dock. The hot tub felt like an infinity pool; and I could watch birds on the lake forever! The space feels private, restful, luxurious, and also modest. Highly recommend for people who want to get closer to someone they love. "
