Step right outside your door into magical Historic downtown Arcadia. This charming house is a super spot for an amazing getaway. Large spacious queen bedroom, cozy living room which doubles as 2nd bedroom with twin day bed with trundle, full kitchen and dining room to make your stay superb. And lastly step right out the dining room onto the deck with seating to extend your experience.

Beautiful cottage downtown Arcadia

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this property. Great location, close to the river, we really enjoyed our weekends there. We will be returning!

Great historic, spacious, charming home!

As soon as we arrived, the house felt like our home. It is nicely decorated and really cozy and charming. There’s a nice outdoor deck to enjoy and we are literally two minutes from the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding small house! Older house very nicely furnished, made me think I was staying at my grandmother’s house (and that’s great)! Immaculate property, everything worked correctly. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Weekend in Arcadia

Second time we stayed at this beautiful cottage, you could not ask for a better location. Right in the heart of historic downtown and yet has a peaceful outdoor lounge area that’s quiet and secluded. Lots of fun stuff to do that is walkable and the Piece River Canoe Outpost is less than 10 minutes drive. We will be back!!

Historic home Arcadia

Nice walking distance to shops and eating establishments. The home is decorated quality. Beds were comfy. The AC units kept it nice and cool. Property was clean and well stocked for a long stay.
