Pleasant one-bedroom apartment of approximately 38 m² on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Its terrace offers a beautiful view of the Arcachon Bay.
For easy parking, you have access to a secure and private parking lot.
Its living room with two Moroccan-style sofa beds that sleep two (80 cm) (ideal for your children), a TV (the apartment does not have Wi-Fi), and a small dining area, opening onto the beautiful terrace. (There are no roller shutters, but blackout curtains).
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) that sleeps two and its closet.
A bathroom. And a separate toilet with a sink. Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the area, as well as all the amenities: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, mini market, pharmacy, and more. Its beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, nautical club, boat rental, and more.
