"This hotel is a beautiful establishment. Very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast!"

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"It was a good stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to needs. Will recommend it, and the place is also quite close to meeting points for early morning tours. Very convenient location. Nice breakfast too, clean room, and the big Mercado is just 1-2 min walk!"

"The hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fresh made omelets were a great way to start our day. The beds were also very comfortable. There is a lot of live music in close proximity to the hotel but the doors and windows look newly installed and blocked almost all of the sound, they do provide ear plugs in the room but we never needed them. Would recommend for future travelers!"

"Great place in a very cool older building. We had a balcony. Plenty of hot water and water pressure, comfy beds."

"Very nice from beginning to end. Clean property, amazing service, always on time and accurate with our needs. Will visit again"

"The property is centrally located and close to restaurants and other attractions. The only downside I can think of is that, since it’s right on the main square, it’s very noisy—especially since I was assigned a room on a corner of the square. Other than that, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Because I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"Great staff, great service. The addition of Kiki the alpaca is amazing. Breakfast and experiences they offer are incredible. The only downside is that there is a lot of noise, so you can get woken up by staff members cleaning the rooms and talking on walkie-talkies"
