"Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first."

"The house was gorgeous, the host was wonderful. We were a group of friends hiking the Sutter Buttes. Coming back to a great place made this trip unforgettable. "

"The house was big and wonderful. Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Because I travel with my dogs and the house is pet friendly, it would have been nice to know that the yard is NOT fenced. My dogs are fine but it might be an issue with others. Also there are about 5 dogs next door who barked and growled and jumped at the fence everytime we came outside. Just a bit annoying to sit outside and enjoy the big backyard. "

"The home was well appointed, had everything I needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. The house is immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always available. The pool is amazing as is the large patio space. I plan to stay again."

"We booked Misha's Cottage and when we arrived it wasn't ready for us. I reached out to Misha and she was on it right away and quickly booked us into another of her properties nearby. Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that. Misha worked very hard on trying to get the original place cleaned for us but as we had just traveled about 1100 miles by car we were not willing to wait and ended up getting a hotel room. I...

"My family and I stayed for a quick weekend and we were thrilled with the abundant space and comfort level of this home! The home was clean and well stocked, very comfortable living room furniture, two full bathrooms and three king size bedrooms. All of us slept well! "The space was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to invite our niece and her two children over to play on the playground equipment and fly a kite in the outdoor space. That was a great treat for them!"

"Quiet, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a little rocky. The wrong code was given for the door in the check-in instructions. We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay."
