Værelset var dejlig rent og personalet var super søde! Vi fik endda lov til at komme ind tidligere på værelset😍 morgenmaden var sindssygt lækker både buffet og a la carte! Placeringen var perfekt!

It's a newly built property with some serious flaws. Joining the head boards defeated the purpose of a twin room. Every motion by one sleeper affected the other person. The beds were separate, but joining the head boards does not work. Also, the fittings in the bathroom are poorly designed. They will be pulled off the wall regularly due to cheap design and weak materials. On the check in procedure, pointlessness seems to be paramount. After handing over my passport for ID purposes, I was asked to complete a form on a laptop. 80% of the information sought was from my passport. Why the redundancy? Most properties simply make a copy of the document. The staff was noticeably unhelpful. In short, the design aims for impressive opulence. The reality can be described by the adage 'all sizzle and no steak.'

No receptionist and needs to communicate by whatapps. A little confusing how to get in the doors. Nice it has working elevators. The building seems to be shared with other apartments. Asked for service, but towels were not replaced. Did not vacumm. The St. Stephen church is nearby and you'll hear the bells rang.The place is fine.
