Completely renovated in 2026, this charming cottage elegantly blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Indrieux, in the commune of Arandas, in the heart of the Bugey region, it accommodates up to 6 people in a pristine natural setting. Adjoining a second cottage of the same capacity, it is an ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, exploring an authentic region. Upon arrival, an external staircase leads to a large private terrace offering unobstructed views of the village and the rolling landscapes of the Bugey. A perfect spot to enjoy peace and fresh air. The entrance is via the terrace and opens onto a bright and inviting living area, comprising a fully equipped kitchen open to the living and dining rooms. The space offers a warm atmosphere, combining modern comfort with authentic charm. The kitchen backsplash, decorated with images of the family farm's cows, adds a unique touch and evokes the farm's agricultural roots. A shower room with a toilet completes this level. Upstairs, under the exposed beams, two comfortable bedrooms await guests: one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the other with four single beds (90 x 200 cm), two of which can be joined together upon request. A toilet with a washbasin is also located on this floor. Fans are provided in the bedrooms. At an altitude of 700 meters, the nights are generally cooler than in the valley. From the gîte, explore the treasures of the Bugey region: hiking on the Plateau d'Hauteville, cycling, swimming in Lake Virieu-le-Grand, visiting the Cerveyrieu waterfall, the Hostiaz via ferrata, or discovering the typical villages, farmers' markets, and wineries of the Bugey. At your disposal: a large private terrace, a games room shared by both cottages with a pool table, foosball, a library, and board games. Wellness area with shower, toilet, and sauna (optional: €12 per day, reservation required with the owners). The communal parking lot is located behind the house. Travel light: linens are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option.
