Viatges a Arakaldo

Realment les habitacions són petites i el bany queda com integrat a l'habitació. La dutxa funcionava força malament amb la temperatura de l'aigua que anava passant de fred a bullir en un instant. Per poder sopar fora de l'hotel has de fer una bona caminada.

Ok

The staff were friendly and helpful, however I was disappointed by this hotel overall. We booked for two nights. I have stayed in other NH Collection hotels in Spain and this one was noticeably less luxurious and less well appointed by comparison I thought. The bedroom was spartan and lacked warm touches, the lighting was poor in the rooms and the common areas, there was nowhere to sit in our room except for the bed or at the desk - I would have expected at least an armchair in the room. The hotel was super expensive this weekend because it was a national holiday in Spain so presumably demand was very high and I booked fairly last minute - so I got a bed for two nights on the edge of the city - it was ok, but too expensive, and not up to the usual NH Collection experience in my opinion, sorry. I would not recommend.

Great location, wonderful view, excellent value , plus the on site restaurant exceeded expectations. Will not only stay here again when in the area, we will be considering other Hesperian properties when we next visit Spain.
