"Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)"

"Property was a mess. Smelled of weed. No elevator. Property was filthy. All exterior doors were unsecured (as in busted). Fire alarm needed you to bring your own battery. No in room phone. Security latch on room door was missing and dead bolt would not lock. Bathroom door looked to be from a rehab and had a fist hole in the back of it. Water in shower ran continuously. stapled rips in carpet. Duvet was ripped and mattress looked like it was barrowed from a Flint crime scene. The only thing...
