Like huh? In the messages with the hotel they clearly say check-in is available starting from 3, there is no room for misinterpretation. 3pm sharp the room must be ready.
Breakfast is not worth the money, disgusting coffee and the yogurt had green mold on it. Upon reporting to the breakfast person he...

"The rooms were clean and adequate but dimly lit that I had to use my phone light sometimes to see what I needed. Telephone communication was abysmal. Several phone calls were met with voice mail, 20-25 minute wait and no answer, No return of messages. Constantly asking for communication through messages. I finally found a phone number on WhatsApp that I was able to connect.
The staff were magnifisant and very helpful.
The hotel had a cafeteria for food, snacks, tea and coffee. Food was very...
