"The house is roomy and luxurious. The great room is very open and great for entertaining. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms each have en-suite bathroom. We had a wonderful time and have saved the property for next time."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time. The house is amazing and on the lake front. The house is decorated very cute. The house is walking distance to the village. Also if you want to rent a boat, Big Bear Marina is right next to the property. We highly recommend staying here and will definite come back again. "

"Stayed with friends and family over July 4th weekend. Great property, walkable to 7/4 events, host was very responsive."

"The property manager was always a phone call or text away. Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The views are beyond gorgeous!"

"My spouse and stepmother accompanied me. Two bedrooms across the hall and a bathroom downstairs gave us all adequate elbow room. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which made for easy meal preparation and cozy meals. Lots of blankets and pillows here, there and everywhere made the place super comfy. A short, but rough-hewn log stairway leading from the driveway to the house might be difficult for people with orthopedic disabilities. Each step on the stairs leading up to the second floor is...

"This place was really nice! Kitchen is well stocked with every seasoning and utensil you could ever need. Back yard was well maintained with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. It was July so it gets a little warm during mid afternoon but cools down nice in the evening. Good location too! A short drive to the lake or to the village. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was clean and accurate to the photos. Everything worked well, and the Foosball table was a nice bonus!Close to some of the best dining in the area, and plenty of activities.The hot tub was very nice at the end of each day!Thank you!"

"This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous, but the whole process/stay went extremely smooth. The Cozy Cabin was exactly as described. Cabin had everything we needed from kitchen items to extra blankets and the best pillows. The one question I did have I texted the owner and he got back to me right away and let me know to text him if I had any additional questions. Looking forward to coming back!"

"I loved the cottage it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room, and I loved the play areas in the home for the kids. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The only thing is if you want to go swimming be sure to have a membership for Lake Arrowhead or take a drive to Lake Gregory. We had a great time!"

"Some houses have everything and then there’s this house which literally has 2,3,4 of everything. We’ve stayed in many expensive ABNB’s and this house is well thought out, from the minute you come in it feels like home, very detailed and organized down to a T. Oh, and it’s right on the beach with an actually beach, which our dogs love playing and fetching. We already booked another trip, feel very lucky to say we have now found our big bear escape. "
