"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room. The location feels pretty isolated too. "Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property is nice and very modern. It is centrally located in a great area with shopping. They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company. The property itself is lovely inside with lots of designer touches and interesting decor. It is very practical too with 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen loving space.
