"Great studio aparthotel option that is convenient to all transit options. The bathtub is quite deep, so someone with mobility challenges might have trouble going in and out. Otherwise the unit is very smartly designed and stylish and an excellent value."

"Perfect location for exploring the city on foot or transit! Very helpful staff at main desk 24/7. Comfortable room with blackout blinds and good air conditioning. Building exterior wasn't overly secure as main gate did not lock but room was well secured with key card access and a security lock inside. "We had a very disappointing experience at this property.
We had to change rooms three times because every room had a different problem. The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived.
The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. The pillows and blankets did not have clean covers, which was completely...
