Villa LEVANTA is an independent house with a private pool, three bedrooms, one family bathroom and a cloakroom/WC. Many outdoor areas with views to the region’s olive groves and magnificent view of the White mountains (Lefka Ori). The house is located just off the main street– with his own access road where you can easily park. The distance from the closest beach (Kalives beach) is 1.9km away and 19km away from Chania Town.
LEVANTA is well-suited to either couple seeking privacy, family vacation or even small groups all year round. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests with plenty of space to spread out. Villa LEVANTA is offering all year round vacation as it offers central heating for the winter and cooling for summer. A wealth of indoor and outdoor amenities awaits for you. The spacious verandas and sitting areas make outdoor living fun and relaxing. Indoor there is a free Wi-Fi access, TV, DVD player, board games and a lot more to make your stay an extremely pleasant one.
If you enjoy cooking there is a well equipped kitchen inside and a free standing gas BBQ outdoor. Double beds on all the three bedrooms. In addition to the soft, comforting bed linen, each room has access to outside terraces and verandas where you can also enjoy your coffee, tea or juice with the sound of the birds and smells from the nature. In the morning there is no better place than this for admiring the White mountains, the Aptera castle, And the surround areas and considering the possibilities of the new day ahead over a good breakfast.

Many places to visit around such as the wonderful sandy beach at Kalives, Almirida, Kiani Akti and many others . A large coastal village with many facilities which is only 1.1km away and many other to do and visit!
Villa Levanta is The right place to be for cyclists or nature lovers as there are many routes around where you can fully enjoy water springs, wild flowers and herbs .

Armeni Village (also Armenoi) is a small village just 800m away from the house. It is near the main island road but away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The village is set in a fertile valley, with the Xydas River passing through it that creates unique routes to walk or cycle around. The tiny village square is shaded by large trees and there are four taverns you should visit. ‘Drosostalia’ is one of them with excellent taste of food, great portions, very good prices, friendly environment, surrounded by big old trees which create enormous shade. You can walk next to the river and enjoy your coffee or drink to Tsitsikas café or visit the other three cafe in the square and have a drink or taste Raki (cretan drink with alcohol) and Graviera (Cretan cheese). You have to try the traditional cafe in the square and taste Argiro’s special menu. There is a bakery and a butcher shop in the village which you will love for the wide variety of traditional local products. Definitely You have to try the traditional souvlaki at ''Crisoula's'' tavern at Neo Chorio village!!
In Stilos village there are also traditional taverns by the village springs, of which the waters form the river of Kiliaris that flows to the beach of Cyan Akti. For nature lovers, this area is lovely for a nature walk along the Kiliaris river. If you try it, you'll also see a watermill built on the river, which is dated to the years of the Venetian rule in Crete. You can walk through Diktamos Gorge a beautiful and verdant gorge, with many species of the Cretan flora. Kournas lake which is the only natural lake in Crete, is also located in Apokoronas region, just a few kilometers south of Georgioupolis beach resort, and is one of the major sights of Crete showing the natural beauty of the island.

Chania town is 19km distance, 20 minutes by car. The old town of Chania is the beating heart of the city and the prefecture of Chania. Crowds of people all year round, tourist and residents of the city, people of all ages, come here and enjoy all that this charming old town and the enchanting Venetian harbor of Chania has to offer. And many many other places to visit!!

The bus has a stop in walking distance from the house with daily timetable to Chania town, as well as daily timetable every hour from National Chania-Rethymnon (500m.) to Chania town or Rethymnon / Heraklion town. The distance from the city of Chania is only 19 km away and from the city of Rethymno 42 km away. The distance to Chania International Airport is 26km away from the plot.
