Villa Pinelopi is approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1042K92003197401 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

Located in Kavros, Chania, Villa Pinelopi is the ideal base for your holiday. The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms, with the option to host up to 10 if needed. Situated just 350 meters from the nearest sandy beach, this two-story, 200 sq. m. villa combines a traditional stone-built facade with contemporary design, offering guests comfort and convenience.


The villas owner owns a beach bar and tavern on the beach, where our guests can enjoy free sunbeds and a complimentary first breakfast. After that, a delicious daily breakfast can be enjoyed there for just EUR10 per day.

House worked perfectly for our needs as a family. It was safe and comfortable with good spaces to relax and different areas to sit. Always options for shade or sun during the day. Host was great and came to greet us. Access to the beach was ideal. Nice relatively quiet beach even in peak season. Mid stay cleaning was good and cleaner was lovely. If I was looking for faults the only thing I could pick up on was the mattresses were a bit hard. Fine for the kids but not quite as comfortable for me.

Excellent Property

Excellent villa, lovely grounds and excellent beach bar owned by the landlord. Highly recommended. Only slight issue was dishwasher was an ordeal and needs replacing eventually but it did not effect the quality of our stay

Perfect villa, perfect location.

Truly enjoyed our stay and are already tempted to rebook in the future. Host was very helpful and generous, the villa is outstanding and in a perfect location to walk to the owners beach bar and more restaurants and shops in the town. The villa management team were very helpful and answered all questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding visit at Villa Pinelopi!

Our family of 7 stayed for a week at Villa Pinelopi and it was outstanding. The listing is very accurate. There was a half bath that we didn’t know about so that felt like a bonus! It was perfect having cleaning service come halfway through the stay and Mr. Stavros was so helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The vacation management company (Etouri) was also exceptional with their offerings and attentiveness. The only complaints we had were some of the beds were too hard/uncomfortable so we had to put extra padding under the sheets, and the dishwasher was very finicky. Everything else was outstanding including Gyrogiali beach bar. Top notch food (it’s not “bar food” at all!) and service.

A wonderful family week

Our family of 7, from grandparents to a five year old had a great time. It is a spacious villa, a fantastic, clean pool, a substantial BBQ and good facilities throughout including dishwasher and washing machine. Less than 10 minutes to a lovely beach with good snorkling with free sunshades made it even better

Wonderful facilities

From the outset this was an excellent villa holiday. Taxi transport from and to the airport was simple and easy. We did not rent a car but joined a expedition through the White Mountains and used the little train service. The villa was spacious with plenty of accommodation inside and outside for family members to use. Despite a late flight, the owner greeted us in person, had bought some welcome goodies and did some shopping for us. Beautiful weather in September. Beach cafe and supermarket were each a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll. We definitely use again

Beautiful villa

2nd year using this villa, already booked for next year! We were all very happy here… really having to think how it can be improved… superb location close to beach etc. Maybe some more plastic glasses for poolside and 2 more prosecco glasses for inside…we could have used drawer space upstairs. The bike needs a new front tyre but owner kindly purchased exercise mats- thank you ☺️

Perfekter Urlaub für 2 Familien

Wir wurden von der Buchung der Ville bis zur Abreise mit allem was nötig war versorgt. Wir konnten nach der Ankunft am Flughafen anrufen und wurden freundlich im Haus in Empfang genommen. Das Haus hat alles geboten was nötig ist. Jeden dritten Tag kam die liebe Putzfee und der Gärtner. Sollten Fragen aufkommen, konnten wir jederzeit jemanden erreichen. Selbst nachdem wir uns ausgeschlossen hatten, wurde uns in wenigen Minuten geholfen. Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern von 4, 5 und 10) haben die 2 Wochen mit Mietwagen in der Villa super schön verbracht. Klar sind kleine Mängel vorhanden, aber ist euer bewohntes Heim makellos? Wir konnten nicht meckern und wenn uns doch etwas aufgefallen ist, wurde es sofort behoben. Die Freundlichkeit ist einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Die Taverne am Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Essen ist göttlich und der Ausblick ist herrlich. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man die Insel sehr gut erkunden und sollte man die Ruhe suchen ist die Villa mit Pool hervorragend. Der Strand und das Örtchen ist einfach, über 2 Wege innhalb von 5-10 Min, zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und haben hoffentlich Glück diese Ville wieder buchen zu können.

Villa Pinelopi var en feriebolig med fine rom som og flere uteplasser og et passe stort basseng. Det gikk fint å gå fra villaen til stranden og til serveringssteder i Kavros.

Sommerurlaub 2021

Die Unterkunft war für unseren Urlaub perfekt. In echt erscheint sie noch größer als auf den Bildern abgebildet und der Pool ist perfekt. Das Haus wurde während unser 7 Tage vor Ort 2 mal gereinigt, wobei die zweite Reinigung einen Tag vor Abreise war (dies hätte nicht sein müssen, da wir wegen Corona in der Zeit die Unterkunft verlassen mussten). Ansonsten war alles perfekt und der Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Gerne wieder :)

Fantastisk hus

Fuldstændig fantastisk hus - særligt ude området er helt unikt. Vi tilbragte 12 vidunderlige dage i dette smukke hus og var på mange ture. Pavlos som ejer huset stod altid klar med anbefalinger omkring restauranter, lokale markeder og sejlture. Vi kan kun give dette hus vores allerbedste anbefalinger

Villa op ideale locatie

Rustig gelegen ruime villa met heerlijke tuin en zwembad, uitzicht op zee. Winkels zijn met de bij het huis horende fietsen makkelijk te bereiken. Strand op loopafstand. Service van eigenaar is prima, vers gebakken cake bij aankomst! Na een telefoontje werd de lekke band van een van de fietsen de volgende dag gerepareerd. Goed onderhoud van zwembad en tuin. Elke 3 dagen schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken.

Perfect family holiday

Fabulous from the start. Great being met at the villa by Pavlos. Kostas/ Etouri very helpful organising taxis and a special catamaran boat trip. So friendly at the taverna on the beach. Our youngest (5) was fine walking to and from beach. Villa had everything we needed and more. If we really have to find anything to mention it would be extra chopping boards/ sharp knives in kitchen and some shelves/ chest of drawers for clothing upstairs. We felt the cleaner was amazing but no need for 3 visits- once a week would be fine. Thank you all so much for fantastic holiday. So looking forward to next year 😁🇬🇷👌🏻

What a fantastic Villa - loved it.

Villa Pinelopi - looked amazing on web site & didn't disappoint on arrival. Location is great, close enough to walk to local shops & beach, far enough away to have peace & quiet. Would recommend car hirer. The villa itself is a great size, bedrooms well furnished, all bath/shower/toilet rooms supplied with hand soap & shower gel, 2 towels each and pool towels , kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils & electrical goods (including dishwasher +tablets), washing machine & powder incuded. Housekeeping every 3 days was a joy - cleans sheets & towels - bliss. The outdoor space is vast (this is what appealed to us the most & sealed the booking) , great area around the pool, grass for games etc, table tennis & outdoor dinning area with BBQ. even with a car parked on site the area is still amazing. The bikes were great for a quick trips to the shops for supplies. Would highly recommend this villa, great for families &/or a group get away. The support team were fantastic, very helpful & quick to respond with recommendations & help.

Parfait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa en très bon état, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Villa et service conforme à l’annonce, interlocuteurs à l’écoute et très disponible (maîtrise de l’anglais préférable). Juste 2 petites remarques : La première concerne les vélos qui mériteraient un entretien avant la prise de possession, La deuxième pour le 2 eme nettoyage de la semaine qui devrait être réalisé plutôt le jeudi que le vendredi! Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Wonderful villa

From the moment we booked this villa Kostas was so helpful with advice and knowledge of the area. We stayed here with 7 family and friends for 10 days and couldn't have been happier. The villa is huge and in a great location to the beach, bars and restaurants. The company who looked after us for this holiday were so professional and couldn't help us enough. Easy check in even at 1am, a cake on arrival as well as drinks, cleaners were fantastic and the owners even took one if our party to hospital when he has a small accident. Thank you Kostas, Pavlost, Robert and the team for a first class holiday!
