Housed in a Historic 1900's charmer, this 1-bedroom has a lot to offer, including: kitchen, wifi, open living, King Bed & balcony to people watch. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 4(sofa bed) and you are sure to love the exposed brick throughout and the cathedral ceilings. Our prime location is just above the Visitor Center! Sit outside on our balcony and Enjoy your morning coffee and for good people watching. Are you coming to fish, visit the beaches or just hang out? This is the best location & will not disappoint. Be our Guest! *The apartment is on the 2nd floor; guests must be able to navigate steps

Great loft unit in a historic building. Lots of stairs (21) but worth the hike. Everythingwe needed after a crazy week.

The location of this property is great. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops easily. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night playing games and listening to the live music from a nearby restaurant. We recommend going to St George Island for a day trip. It is a short 15 minute drive from Apalachicola and has a great state park with beach access and good shelling.

Great balcony! We enjoyed our stay in the modern, clean & updated apartment centrally located in Apalachicola. Close proximity to the local restaurants, bars & shopping. Can’t wait for our next trip, we’ll try to stay here again!

This was a wonderful location right downtown with a balcony view of one of the main drags. Perfect place for people watching. Walking distance to most restaurants. One block away from the water.

One of the best vacations rentals I’ve stayed in. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable with a nice balcony for relaxing and people watching. Ceiling fans and cold a/c for those hot days. There is also a washer/ dryer in the hall. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We stayed here for the Oyster Cookoff weekend. Great location, within walking distance of the festival and several restaurants. We love the property and are looking forward to visiting again.

Great stay for our family of four. Couch was big enough for two teen boys. Location was excellent to walk around historic Apalachicola.
