"I changed three rooms before I settled on the second day on my 7 day stay in the hotel. . But was not happy . good for Korean and Chinese visitors , who have extended stay. The premises is dirty.
I gave good tip to house keeping on the second day , so I feel it worked well on third room. Bathroom not clean in all three rooms. Maybe it is old residences place not well mainted. One room the A/C did not work. In my room the fridge did not work. Good luck. 😩"

"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

"Such a beautiful house. The housekeeper especially was helpful. We didn’t have access to the swimming pool, however. It was actually down the road half a kilo, and the passes they provided us didn’t work. The house had everything we needed. The only unexpected thing was that they asked for a deposit when we showed up and they wanted us to pay cash, but this wasn’t too hard to accommodate.
