"L7 is always excellent. I chose this hotel because I stayed at their location in Seoul last year and loved it. They provide high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even face masks to use. They also provided warm towels with lavender oil for guests coming in from the cold, which was a lifesaver. There were also space heaters in the room. The view from my room was incredible and the TV was simple to connect to my phone to watch my own streaming services. I will definitely come...

"Wow! My 1st time at this hotel! I stay in Chicago often but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Everyone working there were happy. They always were friendly & would say good morning. Even getting on an elevator; the staff was sweet. The breakfast was delicious & so many options. The hotel was SO clean. I was not expecting what was in my room. There was a stove, a dishwasher, immaculate bathroom, the bed was so comfortable & they had buttons by the bed to make the blinds go down. I loved...
