"The check in process was easy but the front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room was nice but I wish we had better bathroom linens. We had issues with the lack of service at the rooftop bar. On average, it took 15 minutes just to get a beverage. They were clearly understaffed."

"El hotel era muy bueno, como a 1 km del centro de salzburg nosotros íbamos y veníamos caminando disfrutando del camino. El cuarto tenia lo necesario y muy limpio. "Great stay! Easy entry into the property. Great communication with the host. Location was excellent. 10 minute walk or less from the train station. Quick walk to old town and a bus stop is very close. Would stay here again. Very comfortable studio apartment."
