"A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."

"The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was refreshed daily. Property is close enough to walk to cbd and East Perth bus/train station. Diverse range of cafe/bars in the area for cocktail try Bar Love. The rooms are very dated and the over sized spa bath is tricky to get in and out off to have a shower. The hotel is large and would make a great conversion into self-contained units."

"Good location and friendly staff, but it was generally dirty everywhere. We found trash under the bed from previous guests (in addition to a lot of dust), so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room that was supposed to accommodate two people was not suitable for that. It had no windows and was very small, so don’t book here if you have claustrophobia. "Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further the room was not cleaned even once during my 9 nights staying there."
