"We had 3 weeks in Bali and our 5 night stay at Lata Lama was our top stay. All the staff were all so lovely, kind and very eager to help us in any way. The staff took great pride in their roles and the cleanliness of the entire place was 5 stars. Yummy breakfast. Did our washing, organized a scooter and massage for us. We will definitely return. "Between the locals, this amazing Villa Udara blends perfectly in a rural environment. We’ve enjoyed the Villa and the pool and especially the friendly lovely staff,(Wayan&Sakwina) They gave enough privacy (as we asked for) and we had a home cooked dinner (on request) and it was a lovely experience. "The place was perfect! The staff was amazing and we had all we needed and then some. The pool, beach and grounds were meticulously groomed and the place was so quiet. Our cook Ita was amazing - we had authentic Bali food each meal and there wasn’t 1 dish we didn’t eat and live! Dharma our driver was family by the end of our trip - very safe driving and alway cheerful and smiling. Would 100% recommend! "

This is only the case if you are staying here for 7 or more days which is not mentioned in the VRBO listing. "If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Ray and Honey were the best hosts - so welcoming, the best cooks and such great senses of humor. "We stayed at the villa during April 2025. We spent 7 nights at the villa and it was fabulous. It is very clean and well maintained. The onsite staff are extremely pleasant and a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend anyone looking to stay for a relaxing location."

"Everything about this experience was excellent. The staff prepared great food and took great care of us. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. My only advice would be that travelers should know that it is about a 4-5 hour car ride from the airport in Denpasar. It is well worth the effort though, I cannot say enough about how happy we all were to have stayed here."
