"The Keizer property is one of the nicest BW’s I’ve been to. Everything went smoothly, the staff is great, and even the small things were effortless. This property used to be a Quality Inn but BW has made it better."

"I checked in at room that has not been cleaned yet. Front desk was very apologetic and got us another room. But sheets had a few strands of hair in it. At this point we had already unpacked and was ready for bed. Too tired to ask for room service. Nice jacuzzi and pool. Breakfast was very nice. Nice “Grand Hotel” **Wish I had booked directly in their website. It was $50 cheaper than what Expedia charged me 🙁"

"Due to the old carpet, there was some musty smell. There was small damage to the carpet where some sharp pins were exposed. Otherwise, it was a pretty good place to stay overnight."

"This location was okay, and the breakfast was the best! They did an amazing job with the food! However, I wish the pool were working or a hot tub. If only the pool and hot tub was running that would have been way better. Hopefully, they fix it soon. If you plan to stay here for the pool or spa, please call and ask if its working before commiting to stay."

"The Holman is a very nice hotel with a great Italian restaurant in the lobby. Initially I was disappointed with the parking but the valet is on top of it. You can request your car via an app and it will be waiting for you when you get downstairs. The Staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay."

"It was wonderful to be greeted with a smile and warm cookies !!! You can immediately noticed that they were understaffed however they continued to do it with a positive attitude."

"Room was very clean. I was looking forward to the pool in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working and the pool looked cloudy as if it wasn’t clean. I don’t think I’ll be staying there anymore. Unfortunately, the bed was a little hard and there was no conditioner for my hair. And no iron little things make the difference in the room."
