"The room was clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a sofa bed. The lady who checked us in was not exactly welcoming, but the lady who checked us out was. A continental breakfast was offered. Parking was ample."

"Location was great. I was happy with the breakfast, fresh and stations were well stocked and clean. Hallways to rooms and room decor was tired and worn. Bedding was clean fresh and mattress was terrific. No remote in room, one was brought to our room when we requested it, very nice and prompt. No stationary or pen, and toilet was extremely slow to refill. I thought the shower temperature could get dangerously hot, I thought a child could be hurt if unattended. We brought this to the front desk...

"My room was dirty, beds weren’t done and smelled like cigarettes when I had reserved a non smoking room. I asked for another room and they stated they didn’t have any other rooms. My other family members room stunk as well. It said they had complimentary breakfast but in the morning there wasn’t anything."

"The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day."

"The rooms are nice. The staff want you to be comfortable. They’ve accommodated changes in my plans many times. I used to live in the area so when I visit this is where I stay."

"The T.V was not working when we checked in. We noticed and notified them right away. The front desk person came to fix it but then we left to the store. When we came back the T.V was never fixed. When I called them, they said they were closed already and we had to wait till the next day. We checked out the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids."

"First(Form), filling out certain information again when I already filled out the form online. It does not make sense to me. Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly. Light in the entrance of the room did not work. There is a tall mirror in the room that is not fully attached to the wall one bump or hit...

"Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service"

"I wasn't impressed with this property, I found the room and beds to be not very clean, there was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I asked to get the conditioner bottle in shower filled and it never happened 3 nights out of 4, after coming home late from the hospital the keys wouldn't work. The AC was damaged, it worked but it didn't look very nice."
