This luxury villa is situated on the exclusive golf course, Golf Club Las Salinas de Antigua.
The property has 3 bedrooms (1 en suite master double and 2 twin rooms), 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The villa has a large private heated swimming pool, 2 large roof terraces, free wifi access, satellite TV (English Channels only), DVD player, stereo system, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
As there are no stairs the villa is suitable for eldery and disabled access and due to its quiet location, ideal for golfers and families alike.
There are two sets of patio doors from the villa, one leading directly out onto pool terrace and the other leading to a pergola covered patio area.
The 10m x 4m heated pool has a warm water solar-heated shower located alongside. There is ample terracing area around the pool with a number of quality sunbeds and an attractive patio table and chairs. There are stairs on the side of the villa which lead up to two totally private and secluded sun-terraces overlooking the golf course and the other with sea views. The garden area is fully landscaped with a great range of shrubs, tropical plants and earthenware pots.

The golf villas accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table and double fitted wardrobe, ensuite with toilet, bath with glass screen and shower, hand basin set in marble top.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedside cabinets with double fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and bedside cabinets and double fitted wardrobe.

The villa has a further bathroom which is made up of a toilet, walk in shower, hand basin set in marble top.

The villa also contains a fully equipped kitchen with a range of floor and wall cupboards, granite worktops, sink with drainer and breakfast bar.
Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
Full range of cooking equipment including kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, pots pans, cutlery, plates etc.
The immaculate lounge/diner has three settee's and a coffee table, TV with full satellite TV, DVD player and a Wifi speaker to phone. The sideboard contains a full range of drinking glasses and ample storage, to compliment this area there is also a large dining table for 6 persons.

La Salinas is 10 miles from the nearest airport (Fuerteventura) and we would recommend a hire care, available at the airport.

Electric scooters can be hired at the end of the road.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen im Januar/Februar 2026 vier Wochen im Haus Nr.82 von Emma.Das Haus und das große Grundstück waren gepflegt und sauber. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist sehr großzügig und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der große beheizte Pool (stets 27 Grad) ist toll. Ebenso die bequemen Poolliegen sowie der große Tisch mit Sesseln auf der großen Terrasse. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der sehr gründliche und freundliche Pooldienst (2 x wöchentlich) sowie der tolle Luxus, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher (sehr hochwertig!) wöchentlich gewechselt werden. Leider konnten wir die sehr große Dachterrasse wegen des starken Winds kaum nutzen, aber die Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und das Meer sind sehr schön. Aber es gibt leider auch folgende negativen Punkte: Das Doppelbett im Master-Bedroom ist bequem, allerdings empfanden wir die Matratzen in den beiden Zimmern mit Einzelbetten als unbequem, weil diese sich sehr durchgelegen anfühlten. Außerdem war im Master-Bedroom kein Internetempfang (WLan) möglich und auch ansonsten war die Internet-Signalstärke im gesamten Haus an manchen Tagen schwach. Weiterhin liegt das Haus fast direkt unter der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass bei landenden Flugzeugen eine deutliche Lärmbelastung gegeben ist. Während der (häufigen) Landeanflüge mussten Unterhaltungen auf der Terrasse (kurz) unterbrochen werden, was wir als störend empfanden.Wen diese Punkte nicht stören, dem können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Beautiful villa with everything you need! Roof top terrace was huge! Pool was gorgeous and a decent depth (all one depth too which was good and unusual). Even pool toys were provided! Living room huge and tv with lots of channels. My only ‘complaint’ and it’s not really a complaint as such was that there was no air con. There were fans in the bedrooms but the living room could get very warm, particularly in the evening when the doors had been closed. Will definitely visit again!

Great Villa

The property is great!!! Eell equipped, clean and a nice location. We had a car and thr shops etc are less than a 10minute drive. We did walk once which took about 40 minutes to get to the bars and shops but we walked along the coast which added a few more.miniytes.

Great villa for the family

The villa was fully equipped for a family of four. The beds were comfy, in the listing it says double bed for the main bedroom but it was more like a king size. Villa is in close location to shops and amenities.The family loved the roof top terrace and the kids loved the pool it is a great size. We would definitely recommend staying at the villa. Thank you for letting us stay!

Would come back in a heartbeat. So very well equipped with lots of unexpected extras re groceries. Really spacious, with stunning 360 views from the roof terraces. A car is not required...15 mins walk to nearest supermarket, 30 into town centre. Loved our stay

Fantastic Villa

Lovely week

We had a lovely quiet week in villa. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it’s more spacious. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool was fantastic. There was no noise from neighbours. It was exactly what we needed. I did contact the owner during our stay for a taxi number and was responded to very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous villa

The photos do not do this villa justice! It is a beautiful spacious villa ! We all loved everything about it. We have stayed in Caleta De Fuste several times and have always stayed in villas. The location of this one was further out than we used to stay but the walk along the beachfront is beautiful to get to the main restaurant etc although there are shops and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and taxis are only a few euros. Our only complaint if we had one was the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned out prior to our stay and the pool lady turned up on our last full day, put some tablets in the skimmer pot but didn’t clean anything from the bottom of the pool. Having said this the pool wasn’t disgusting by any means but having stayed in villas before the pool cleaner normally ‘hoovers’ out and bits from the bottom of the pool. Overall we definitely would recommend this villa and would definitely stay again

Lovely Villa

We had a great holiday. The facilities are excellent and a real home from home. Great views of the sea from the roof terrace. Pool area very comfortable with plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. Very quite neighbourhood. A short 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket and a taxi to the town centre was 4.5 Euros. We would recommend and are certainly considering returning to this villa.
