"This was the perfect Valentine's getaway weekend for us. I booked the stay as a surprise, and my partner loved it. We are already talking about coming back some time. It was tidy, intimate, and peaceful. We cooked over the fire the first night, then on the grill the next night because it was raining. Both days we saw ducks, geese, and deer. The drive in the mountains was lovely as well."

"The cabin was very outdated. The pictures make the cabin look much nicer than it was. There was dead bugs everywhere inside the cabin. The hot tub was extremely small even though it said it could fit 6 people. The driveway getting up to the cabin is a nightmare. It almost feels like you are on a rollercoaster climbing the first hill. If you don’t have a truck/jeep style vehicle, you will not make it. There’s no tv in the common area which we found bizarre. Had minor issues with backyard not being fully fenced in or access to a porch light for cleaning up poop. Bath and toiletries are available and well labeled, however brands/scents aren't labeled. "We had such a lovely weekend staying here. Eddie, the property manager, was wonderful, check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the house was spotless. It truly felt like staying in a family home, and we were treated like family during our stay.The location is the perfect distance from Harpers Ferry, with great trails, delicious restaurants, and wineries nearby.
