"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust in the bathroom and it looked like the room and hallway were never vacuumed. The elevator was broken, the pool was out of commission, and the ice maker on the second floor was broken. This is not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express."

"The hotel was nice enough as we only slept and showered there. The breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels we have stayed at so we ate elsewhere, meaning I can't comment on the food quality. "I had to switch rooms three times. The first room smelled like urine, the second smelled like a wet dog the refrigerator didn't get cold and the toilet didn't flush right. Finally I slept in the third one. The reservationist was nice but the rooms really are needed some refurbishment extra cleaning etc."
