Antic Banc del Nord

Overall a decent hotel, plenty of parking, electric car chargers available and free granny charging (paid 22kw if you prefer). Staff pleasant to interact with. The Spa pool areas are ok, felt a little dated and a bit cold. Real sell with this hotel is the view. Ate in the main restaurant and although food was fine it was really slow and it seemed a bit chaotic. It was also quite a cold room with the air con blowing.

The view was amazing and there was a beach nearby and the kids loved the playground. Well worth a visit just for the view. That being said, I’m 6”1’ and average build and everything was so small. My feet hung off the bed. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen, I couldn’t get into the shower without rubbing on cold glass and my knees rubbed the wall while on the toilet. The shower hot water worked but not the kitchen sink. The clothes washer worked but the dryer did not and we lost 2 Euro trying to get it to work. Never saw anyone in the office to assist or get our money back. The nearby restaurant wasn’t open the entire time we were there either.

Exceptional experience and an outstanding hotel. Everything was perfect, from the service to the accommodations. Highly recommended.
