Upstairs, master bedroom with its en-suite shower room and small terrace with sea view.
A guest bedroom with 2 bedrooms small beds.

A large shower room for its 2 bedrooms.
Outside the house, the 5th guest bedroom with small vanity unit.
The laundry room is in the basement and includes washing machines and dryers.
Large areas for games, relaxation, outdoor barbecue.

Other remarks
For stays of more than 7 nights, water and electricity will be added to the night's rate.
Consumption indices will be taken on arrival and departure of travelers
A deposit of 1500€ will be provided at the time of booking, recoverable following the visit of the premises at the end of the stay.
