  • Centrally located traditional cosy cottage in the heart of Crail, a fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife.
    Short-term Let Licence No FI 00365 F

    Close to local amenities, the famous harbour, beaches & coastal path. Oldest classic links golf course in Fife.

    The sunny courtyard, with outdoor seating, is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day exploring.

    Accommodation with WI-FI - comprises; vestibule, bedroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and study.

    A spacious bedroom, new king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV with DVD player and room for a travel cot.

    The bright sitting room has a sofa, arm chairs, footstool and electric stove. Flat screen TV / DVD player and selection of DVDs.

    Two steps up to a fully equipped modern kitchen/ diner, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with table and 6 chairs. High chair available if required.

    Bathroom with shower above bath. Wash basin and WC. Heated towel rail.

    A small study/ box room with a table and chair.

    Crail has a good selection of shops - co-op, butchers, bakers, fruit/fish shop, pharmacy, chippy, gifts, hotels, coffee & food shops. Also pottery and museum.

    Visit the world famous harbour, sample, locally caught crab & lobster, cooked at the lobster shack. Ice creams, teas and snacks at harbour too. Beaches are within easy walking distance at the harbour and Roome Bay.

    St Andrews is only 10 miles, Anstruther 4 miles & Elie 10 miles. All accessible by 95 bus service

This cosy welcoming space suited as perfectly. It had on street parking which was always available for our stay. So near all the facilities also.

A lovely little cottage in the centre of Crail, beside the local little shops and cafes.Easy parking on street outside of the cottage.The cottage is well equiped with everything you would need for your stay. It has a lovely little quiet outside sitting area surrounded with beautiful plants, flowers and birdsong. Very relaxing. This is our second time staying here and would highly recommend if planning a stay in this charming little town.

Beautifully clean cottage set within a private courtyard. Beautifully decorated interior with a new bathroom. Large bedroom and good sized sitting room and kitchen diner. Ample street parking directly outside the courtyard entrance. Incredibly well stocked cottage with games and lovely dressing gowns and information on local places and historic sites. Lovely hosts and very nice local neighbours. Almost don’t want to say anymore incase I can’t get booked there in the future.

The cottage is so well placed for getting around Crail, with the Co-op, Butcher, Baker and pub within minutes of the door! The cottage had everything I needed and my little dog felt right at home. Comfy bed and powerful shower. TV in the bedroom for those early nights! I would definitely recomnend and would be happy to return. Lovely neighbours too, in the shared garden - Ted thought so too

The cottage is the ideal spot for exploring the East Nuek of Fife..Property was spotless on arrival.

We really enjoyed the central location.The cottage is well laid out and provides a comfortable place to stay.We would recommend and we may return in the future.

Our dog enjoyed being in a one-storey house for a change (instead of climbing stairs all the time). Location was excellent, communication with Karen was top-notch. The place was surprisingly spacious (we didn't find the utility-room until the last day) and the maltesers and wine were a nice touch. We had to put a few coasters etc out of harm's way (in case they got chewed); hopefully Karen has been able of find them all if we forgot to put some back.

Lovely little cottage - weather was fab so we sat in courtyard late afternoon - ideally placed for walking coastal path - would go back but for longer next time.

Lovely accommodation in the centre of Crail

The single storey cottage with its beautiful courtyard is an ideal place to stay right in the centre of Crail. The decor was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. Lots of nearby gardens and beaches to visit.

We love this property it’s a little bit of heaven always perfect in its presentation with a lovely couple next door in Shona and Gregor who chat away and enjoy our wee dog in the sunny coartyard.

The courtyard and cottage is perfect and so hidden away from the high street. I loved nipping out to the butcher and baker, wandering down to the harbour and just enjoying the whole Crail experience!
