Hotels a Ano Syros, Siros

"Very convenient location for local amenities and as a base for exploring the island, helpful and friendly staff, clean and modern room with a great view of the port. Daily breakfast delivered to the room with fruit, eggs, savoury and sweet items. We stayed 3 nights and much enjoyed our time there."

"Amazing little hotel"

"The was a great view of the port and a little nook in the window to sit. The hotel had great character. The best part was the helpful staff that went out of their way to make the experience the best. We love Syros and the Aktaion Hotel. We will stay there on our next visit for sure."

"We liked the view it was fantastic. The bed was very comfy, Beautiful high ceilings, the breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. Convenient access to a swimming platform just outside the hotel, It was magical to swim in the Aegean. The wifi was terrible, dropped out every 20 seconds. Had to ask for our Nespresso pods, only one small bottle of water on day two. No corkscrew or wine glasses in the room. When we arrived there was a bowl with sweets but they were taken away before we could...

"Check in was fast and efficient. Maria helped me with luggage, up the steep stairs and checked in on me daily. I appreciated the hospitality. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Convenient location to restaurant, bakery and pharmacy."

"Maria Pepe and Eleni concierge desk were excellent customer service"

"It was clean, well maintained in good location. Room was nicely done with private Jacuzzi in the balcony. Our room was cleaned every day and all the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with different treats and delicacies every day. I would definitely recommend it."

"The room was large and stylish although very dark with very little natural light. We stayed in the annexe which is located about 150m from the main hotel down a narrow alley. No balcony or outside space so difficult to get anything dry after going to the beach."

"Everyone was so kind friendly and helpful! What a beautiful guesthouse. And wonderful hosts:)"

"We were travelling as a mother & daughter and enjoyed our stay. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious with a newish ensuite and we had the use of a large terrace which was pleasant in the evenings. The hotel was conveniently situated to town and the port. "

"Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay at Eclectic. It’s worth being aware that the hotel isn’t really staffed, so when you arrive you are sent a code to get through the door and then another for your room. Unfortunately the code to our bedroom door didn’t work. Fortunately the cleaner was still there and so able to help us access the room and the key. There isn’t a lift, so you have to carry luggage up a narrow staircase. Both these elements didn’t leave a great first impression. The rooms are...

"Excellent location, all amenities provided to make a very comfortable and pleasant experience Dimitri went above and beyond to make our stay memorable"

"We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected."

"Extremely welcoming and nice people! Centrally located and in a lovely historical building."
