"Finding any place other than a hotel miles away from where we wanted to be is a challenge in rural KY. "Amazing location. If you are looking for a place that is quite and away from all noise this is it. The first morning when we went to sit on the deck we were greeted by 15-20 turkeys that were just wondering through the woods. The next morning we saw 2 deer at the top of the hill. Minus the distant mooing of a few cows there was zero noise pollution. The covered deck and rocking chairs were amazing to sit and have a morning coffee. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The shower was amazing also....

"Our stay with Kay began with prompt communication and dozens of small delights and surprises. A stocked snack basket. Morning caffeine options. Brownies with a gift bow. Included firewood. Assorted toiletries. All at no extra charge; a serious value add. It was immediately apparent that Kay put a lot of thought and care into preparing the property, as if a close friend were staying there. This VRBO has everything you’d need but underwear. So great was the care that if I didn’t have a mother I’d...
