"The AC was locked and did not stay on. Had to get up to pull plug to reset several times in night. If I pay for the room I should be able to set the temp to my preference. Otherwise the hotel was very good but disappointing regarding comfort from AC"

"I booked this room for my sons because we had our basement sealed and had to be out of the house for 24 hours. My wife and I were out of town and I booked this room for my two sons, 19 and 20 years old. They were not allowed to check in even though I called and talked to the desk manager."

"Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. "I have stayed here many times and I have always found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They also have added coffee and breakfast available in the morning which is a plus. My only complaint is that the valet parking is exorbitant. It's easier to leave your car on the street over night and move it before 9 am, which they don't tell you."

"First room was smelly of smoke, or maybe the people sitting out front of the parking lot smoking made the smell get into the room. It did not have a working bolt lock, the mirror was not cleaned, so we requested another room. The second room did not have a working lock either, so we got changed to 2nd floor, which was better, but there was no elevator. The air cooler was so loud, I had a difficult time staying asleep. We missed breakfast."
