"We stayed in a cottage. The room was clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and the cabnets had plates, silverwear, pans, dish detergent. It had a full size refrigerator. There is a separate living room and kichenette from bedroom. The staff was very friendly. There was enough parking for everyone on the day we were there (June). We would definitely stay there again."

"The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so."

"The reviews about the maintenance of the property are totally accurate. Take them seriously. Refrigerator was hanging out of the cabinet and didn't work after bought food we needed to keep fresh for early fishing trip the next morning. The phone didn't work to call reception to get help so had to walk down 3 times to try to get it dealt with. Both TVs were lacking cable connections so we couldn't watch anything. I did not research well enough to know the pool bar didn't have a full liquor...

"Property was as expected. Bartenders were hot or miss. They automatically add 20% gratuity to everything which I think is a horrible practice."

"Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort."

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"We stayed in room 1 by the office, I loved the little porch in the front and the back area. However, the bed is too small for 2 people to sleep in and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. We didn’t use the amenities since we only stayed one night but all in all, it was pretty good for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice with check in and check out."

"We have been going to this resort every other year since 2019 when they first renovated it . The company running it now the last few years has let it go down hill Furniture is in bad condition falling apart . Didn’t even want to sit on the sofa AC went out , which they did get running the next day . The staff truly doesn’t care they use a virtual assistant and don’t answer the phone at the desk and voice mail is full . We booked 5 nights and asked for service for our room for new linens and a...
