  • Nice apartment of 50m² completely renovated including:
    1 entrance with beautiful fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, stone worktop, the kitchen is lit by a window and a French window opening onto an interior balcony
    1 corridor serving in order: toilets (separated from the bathroom), a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hair dryer and a bedroom, the corridor then leads to a large living room of 25 m² with exposed stone walls, flat screen TV, a sofa easily convertible into a comfortable bed for 2 people, a pretty dining area, a double glazed French door again gives access to the bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200.

    All rooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep

    The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street. The lake is close by. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll along the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and numerous hikes in the surrounding mountains will keep your leisure time occupied.

Great place to stay in Annecy! The beautiful apartment is in a perfect location right in the old town. Communication with the host is perfect and check in was easy. Can definitely recommend!

The location of this apartment made our trip to Annecy unforgettable! The host was very communicative and friendly, and the amenities were just what we needed (especially the fans at night during the heatwave!). We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment! There was plenty of space for our family of four and the location was ideal. We will definitely be back!

The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others. We also met the owner and she was very nice

Very clean. Was a very nice place right next to all the historic Annecy district. Beautiful scenery out by the lake. I would highly recommend staying there.

A perfect property, in a perfect location. We travelled by train to Annecy and it was a very easy, less than 10 minute walk to arrive at the accommodation. The apartment makes you feel like you are in the heart of the old town but has all the modern conveniences and is wonderfully decorated. Everything you would want is nearby. Although the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, this didn’t feel an issue and it was 36 degrees when we stayed. There are fans provided, large windows providing a breeze, and the thick stone walls seemed to keep the temperature reasonable. We would love to stay again.

Bel appartement en plein centre-ville d’Annecy. Spacieux, propre et bien équipé.L’organisation de l’appartement est particulière, la cuisine étant séparée de la salle à manger avec les équilpemebts d’un côté et la vaisselle de l’autre. Un peu contraignant.À l’étage, l’accès est un peu difficile surtout pour l’arrivee et le départ avec les valises.Le tarif est un peu élevé, mais il est dans la norme de coût général de la vie au cœur d’Annecy.

This apartment was extremely clean and thoughtfully appointed - it was very pleasant living there. The location is great - quiet but close to everything a person could want. My host was terrific - helpful and easy to reach. I loved my time there.

Perfect

This place was perfect. I had wanted to go to Annecy for years and finally came for my 50th. The apartment was right in the middle of old town and the market and tons of action. It was also quiet at night. The place is bigger than it looks and was great for myself, my husband and our two teenage boys. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful place to stay, but there were a lot of stairs. If you are 40 or under I would suggest staying here, but if you are older, the stairs are too difficult.

Loved this place. Self check-in was easy, and the place has lots of charm. It’s also spic ‘n span clean. Great location, and I also had a chance to meet the owner, Dominique, who is very nice. Planning to book this apartment again next year.

Great apartment backing up to the canal

This place is a great option for those looking to stay in the middle of Annecy. Everything is nearby but it’s very quiet in the apartment. Dominique made everything easy.
