"Right by the black river. Cabin was amazing. It's very secluded. Our host was great! Nice and clean!"

"We loved the view from overlook cabin. Cabin was clean and cozy. Follow directions property manager sends you because gps will try to take you on a scavenger hunt but this was my fault. Accessing river a sxs or 4x4 definitely needed due to river being up. Very peaceful setting at river and cabin."

"Five stars is easy when everything is perfect. Five stars is impressive when there's trouble. There were some technical problems when we arrived but the host was able to resolve the for us. We had a lovely stay. So, if you want gorgeous views and a lovely cottage and the assurance of a helpfuln host, then look no farther! "

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great place for the 8 of us to stay. We were going over to Sam A Baker to join family camping there. We would stay here again if available. "

"I rented this place for my 40th birthday. We went on a float trip near by, so we weren't in the house the majority of the day. But it was great place to come back to and play some games and hang out. There were 9 of us who stayed and we never felt crowded."

"It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! "

"Had a hard time finding, because I forgot to read your instructions. Oops! But found it and was easy to get in. The trains in the evening where intersting to watch do maintenance. We enjoyed a couple new places to eat Thee Abbeys, and Iron Mule. Did Joe's canoe on the black River. Weather ended up being GREAT! Also did Elephant Rock and Johnsons shut-in. Perfect weekend! "Very convenient for nearby activities. Very clean, great kitchen, very nice bedding and towels better than most hotels. Efficient HVAC. Perimeter could be spruced up. Better mowing, rock in driveway, marking of property. Excellent interior, however, for the price"

"Everything was great, everyone felt comfortable and safe. Everything we needed was there including shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. We cooked out and used the fire pit, both were great. Everything was clean. We went floating and that was very close. Anything we needed was very close, we wanted for nothing. Highly recommend staying there."

"Me and my spent the weekend in cabin 2. Overall good experience as no one else was there. Not quite as secluded as I would prefer. Cabins are too close together and at the edge of town "

"This cabin was excellent. We were not wanting to tent camp so this worked out great. You will need to bring a box fan or two as the A/C doesnt cool the bedrooms. The listing says washer/dryer but that is untrue (wasnt shocked though as it's a cabin). Our kids loved the train going by that was near for them. Blankets privided were great but bring your own pillows! We will definitely stay again. Our family wants to rent the one next to us too next time."

"Bluff view inn is a really great place to stay. Mark and Sandy are excellent hosts, sharing their knowledge of the area, as well as providing an excellent place to stay. The area had been hard hit by the tornadoes in the Spring, but with hard work and determination Mark and Sandy have cleaned up the debris and refurbished what needed to be in a timely manner. They are indeed hard working and very personable hosts. highly recommend this place.Tom and Suzy"
