Amazing property

We could not have found a better house in a perfect location. Right off Main Street it was easy to walk to the Naval Academy and walk to the Navy football game. House is perfect for a family. Can’t wait to come back.

Comfort and Location

True to pictures and descriptions. Great location with easy walk to restaurants, shopping, city dock and naval academy. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and good showers with nice supply of towels. AC units in all bedrooms and LR.

Great Location

202 Duke of Gloucester is a great location. The house has everything we needed. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen, living room/dining room laid out for both seperate and group conversations. We used the patio worked well for us. I definitely world go back there again.

Baby shower and visiting friends

We love Annapolis, the location is great being so close to main street. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean. The original trim, floors etc were saved, the feel of an historic home is felt when enter the home. We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk to restaurants and Naval Academy was very nice.

Great house in a great location!

Roomy and comfortable house located just steps off Main Street! Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well appointed and all the furniture is comfortable and cozy. Good instructions for check-n /check-out, and using features at the property. Will definitely book this property again when we visit Annapolis.

Mid week stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. You can’t beat the location in downtown Annapolis! I was disappointed to hear of the charge for early check in especially since the house was cleaned and ready to go. In other rental scenarios I’ve been able to check in early no probably unless there was a rush to clean it. We also had minimal toilet paper, but the property manager dropped some off quickly.

USNA Plebe Parent Weekend

This location was fantastic for a family weekend together. We (including our parents who are in the 70s and 80s) easily walked to Main Street shops and restaurants. The USNA Yard and museum are also walkable (but not easily for the older members of our party). The parking spot for this property was about a ten minute walk. We chose to park in the closer parking garage (3 block walk) and pay the $22 daily rate. We were pleased with that option.

Great home in a terrific location

Our family (six adults and two infants) had a terrific weekend in this home. It’s an easy walk to the harbor and the Naval Academy so did not need our car at all. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions that we had when we first arrived. Highly recommend this home if you are in town for a USNA event. .

Plebe Parent Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location, clean, and well maintained. We didn't utilize one of the rooms, but the space was perfect for our stay. Most importantly, our daughter could relax and feel at home during our Plebe Parents Weekend. Our entire family felt at home. We had a few questions prior to our stay and during our stay - the property manager, "Cathy," always responded promptly and informative. Not truly a negative - The provided parking spot was in a secure garage, but not on location. With this said, I was able to use the Bird scooters to go from the house to the garage. This made it less of an issue. The parking was explained before booking, so it was expected.

Wonderful, historic home

We spent two nights at this gem, and it was such a nice relaxing getaway! We spent quite a bit of time on the back patio, which was tranquil, comfortable and secluded, despite having neighboring homes in every direction. The children loved sharing the 3rd floor, and it was great for the adults to have the luxury of that separation ;) Highly recommend this rental.

Great space, modern, clean. Nice outdoor space. Close to all Annapolis offers. On a busy street - traffic noise and lack of parking only drawback. We had to park quite a distance away in a lot.

Highly Recommended!

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect location for walking in to town, easy exit from town to go to other sightseeing areas, and a lovely, well kept home all around. The third floor room “with a view” was a great addition to an already wonderful property. Parking was easy to figure out. Stay here if you can!
