This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family home mixes modern renovations with 1896 classic charm. It's been decorated with upgraded furnishings to accommodate 6 guests. You'll love the proximity to downtown Annapolis. Plus you'll have free parking for up to 3 cars in the private driveway!

☼ Three bedrooms: Primary: king bed; Guest: 1 queen bed; Guest: 2 twin beds
☼ One full bathroom is on the second level with 3 bedrooms and has a tiled walk-in shower and heated floors; there is a beautiful half-bath on the main living area with heated floors; Another full bathroom is in the basement and has a tub-shower combo (NOTE: the basement full bath is best for kids and shorter adults, as the ceiling heights in the basement are about 5'10"-6-feet tops
☼ Basement has a hangout area with a Smart TV, small couch, and cushions for seating; full bathroom; and laundry (NOTE: Basement can be accessed by a narrow staircase. Basement ceilings are low - so taller adults should watch their heads. We ask that guests do not eat in the basement as to not attract bugs or other pests. This home is kept meticulously cleaned!)

We stayed here while our daughter attended the summer seminar at USNA. It was clean and in a great location. It is close to downtown, but still pretty quiet. The only thing we had a hard time with was parking our large SUV in the narrow driveway. All in all it was a great place and nicely renovated.

Super!!!

Newly renovated with excellent taste throughout. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. We loved the walk every morning and evening along West St. to Main St. restaurants, bars and shops were all within an easy and enjoyable walk. We had four adults that were very comfortable in the three bedrooms. The main bathroom was spacious and the shower was like you find in a lux hotel. Downstairs bathroom was convenient and well-designed. Basement full bath with shower came in handy when all four of us were getting ready to go out. Access keypad to front door was easy to lock and unlock. Communication with owner was frequent and helpful. We had no issues.Fantastic place and owners. Don’t hesitate to reserve when in Annapolis. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful with restaurant and entertainment ideas. Street was quiet and rooms dark for good night sleep.
