Stroll along our famed waterfront or sit at City Dock and imagine what Annapolis must have been like during the 1700's, when the City was a bustling seaport with vessels arriving from all over the world. Or, watch sailboat races in the harbor and understand why Annapolis is called, America's Sailing Capital.

This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

Parking is provided for one vehicle (up to a mid-sized SUV). If your vehicle is larger or additional cars need to park, it may be possible to provide parking at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The location is amazing. Use of the parking garage is an excellent add. Temperature control was exactly what we needed…and that was not easy given wildly fluctuating temperatures during our stay. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We even did a little laundry as we were in the midst of a lengthy trip. This is the place to stay in Annapolis!

We booked this for taking our child to USNA for I-day. It's literally right across the street from gate 1, which made going on and off the yard super quick and easy. Easy walk to downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again.
