"We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

"Lovely room with cracking view of the see. Parking very close and not far from town centre. Welcoming and friendly staff and good breakfast. Only thing I would mention was lack of storage in the room but we managed. Would stay again."

"Absolutely superb hotel, a museum in its own right. Sitting having dinner in the very same room as the men who designed the Titanic over 100 years previously was an amazing feeling. The hotel has been beautifully restored with many of the rooms fitted out as they were over 100 years ago when it was the Harland & Wolf offices. Quite simply one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere and literally 50 metres from where the Titanic was built. Highly recommended."
