Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo is just right across from the beach, and the beautiful bay! From it, you can see the Sunshine Skyway and the Anna Maria Pier (currently awaiting restoration from recent hurricane damage).The condo is just great! It had everything we needed except beach chairs!

Lovely Island Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. Our place was comfy, quaint, and great location. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do - beach, eating, shopping, etc. Only one con was a loud neighbor in the unit above but didn't spoil our over-all stay!

Everything was great except we were told we could have an early check in and even though it was clean, we were not able to go in until the regular check in time.
