    The open floor plan keeps everyone close but not cramped, and the air conditioning keeps you cool. location, location location. we loved being steps from the beach, able to go back and forth with a small child/elderly for both to enjoy without it being a hassle. the front porch is amazing for morning coffee or games in the evenings.

The location is excellent, but the house itself is quite run down and in need of updating and maintenance.For a property in the 460–500 per night range, we expected a much better overall condition and experience.The biggest inconvenience for us was the pool access. You cannot access the pool directly through the house and instead have to exit through the front door and use the side gate, which requires both hands to open. Carrying towels, drinks, or pool items back and forth became frustrating. Since the front door also needs to stay locked, it’s difficult to keep an eye on the house while at the pool. The location was definitely the best part of the stay.

The house is great location one house from beach walkway and also close enough to walk for breakfast. Enjoyed the pool which gets afternoon sun.

Close to the beach and clean! Could use a couple more beach chairs and a better sun umbrella but those are minor complaints! A lovely vrbo home with a great location!
