Welcome to Anna Maria Island ''paradise without an attitude''. Our ground level newly renovated unit is located in the village of Anna Maria on a quiet residential street, a short stroll to the sugar white sand beach. Free trolley stop, shopping, a variety of restaurants, both fishing piers, the island community center are all within walking distance.
Many local concerts, festivals, art & craft shows and fireworks depending on the season of your visit.
With Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa so close your can be as busy as you like with endless activities or quietly walk the beautiful beach, watch the dolphins swim pass while you wait for the spectacular sunset.

We have wifi internet , unlimited long distance calling in the US & Canada. Tiled floors and beautiful screened lanai. Fenced in large yard with patio and will consider well behaved pets.
Our rates are based on double occupancy.
When using instant confirmation please provide a small description of your reason for visiting the island and your relationship to all guests in the reservation.
Anna Maria has a strict noise policy.
No noise from 10pm-8 am. Violators will receive a noise violation from the Sheriffs department, that they are responsible for paying , ask to leave the property with no refund. The property is protected on the outside by Ring video security cameras.

We had the absolute best time staying at Cindy’s place on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal; just a short stroll to the beach, and close to cute shops, restaurants, and the free trolley stop. We loved spending our mornings on the porch with coffee and our evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets just a few minutes away.Cindy was a fantastic host; responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her property and cares about her guests’ experience. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality!We’re already dreaming about coming back and would 100% recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay on Anna Maria Island. Thank you, Cindy, for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with us!

Excellent location. House looks exactly like pics. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Short walk to beach. Restaurants within walking distance overall great location. Quiet area, easy checkin. Everything we needed was supplied in house. Would definitely stay again for a longer trip.

This darling cottage is in a great location if you love Anna Maria. It is an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as lots of great shopping and restaurants. The living area is super comfortable with lots of recliner choices. The unit is immaculate and the kitchen is well appointed.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!! The cottage is super clean and cute! Backyard sitting in the evenings is the best. The cottage has everything you need, just bring a bathing suit!! Beds are comfortable, we slept very well. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. This was my first trip to AMI but it won’t be my last and I’d definitely stay here again.

This cottage is just as described. New appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels, two king beds with excellent mattresses, and a large back yard with lounge chairs, a grill and comfy screened porch. Contact with and instructions from the hostess were outstanding. Easy walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants.

Cindy was the best host we’ve ever encountered. She is so accommodating and communicative. She made our trip so easy! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay, a couple blocks over from all of the shopping and restaurants on Pine Street and just down the street from a trolley stop. She has all the amenities for making the beach trip easy & comfortable…a wagon to hold the chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and all of your bags. I would highly recommend!

Stayed there again for a few days for our anniversary. Great location, nice place, wonderful host. We couldn't ask for anything better. That's why we keep going back. We left just before Hurricane Helene and are praying for Cindy and Anna Maria Island.

Issues with navy blue pillow cases has stains from some one sleeping on them before us. I was able to wash and use them. The second issue was the deputies and parking. On our first stay we got a 50 dollar ticket parking on Fern St. there are no clear signs to not park on a paved surface.

We had an amazing experience. We loved the house. It was super clean and it had everything you needed. It was only a block away from the beach and very close to all the restaurants. I will stay there every time that I go visit Anna Maria Island. I also recommend it to all family and friends. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.
