You will enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your two balconies. The house has a charming, cottage-style decor with an open floor plan. The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the ocean. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house.

Our best family beach trip

Our beach trip was everything we wanted it to be and more. The house is in the perfect quiet location. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the views from the balcony’s were beautiful and so peaceful. We have officially found our yearly beach trip home. Kelly was incredible and so easy to communicate with and so kind. We definitely had the best time and look forward to returning next year!

Amazing vacation! Wonderful house--perfect for our family. Best spot on the most beautiful beach! The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Loved those sunsets and nights on the porch.

Wonderful stay

Had a fabulous time at this property. It's beautifully decorated. The view to the beach was amazing. The beds were really comfortable. The property is stocked with everything you might need. It was quiet - perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay, Very Clean

Home was very clean and cool upon arrival. Just as pictured, stunning views of the beach and lovely sunsets on the patio. Host was an excellent communicator and facilitated a great stay. Only thing that detracted slightly was the beach access point directly next to the home. Not a big deal but definitely something to consider if you’re looking for total privacy.

Family Memories

Our family loved our stay in this sweet costal cottage! The home was so inviting, warm and comfortable! We had front row seats to the most AMAZING sunsets EVERY evening! The weather was not as warm and friendly as we had hoped but being right on the beach gave us every opportunity to grab some beach time whenever possible! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this coastal cottage to all beach lovers!!

A Beautiful Winter Respite

Perfect Paradise

The property is nicely located near Bean Point and Pine Street on the north end of the island. The gorgeous views of the Gulf are unobstructed and plenty of balcony access to enjoy them all day long. The living space is well placed and functional for many people. Public beach access is adjacent, which wasn't too intrusive. Just a few issues with people using the driveway to unload and load for their beach day. The amenities were well stocked-found everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.
