This has a larger layout with a bigger kitchen, 2 seating places on the porch to view the bay which accommodate 3, 5 and 4 people comfortably. Inside features a large living room with 55" tv and Bose speakers, 2 oversized suites, one accommodates an extra daybed for 2 along with a king bed and large closet. The other bedroom is large enough to easily fit a pack n play, or 3! That has a walk in bathroom with glass shower, and there's another bathroom in the hallway. The wrap around deck features a 6 person dining table and a double chaise lounge. The pool/bar area has 10 4" padded 4 chaise lounges, 4 padded bar stools, a 6 person dining set and a modular seating area for 6 under the home featuring a new 55" 4K Samsung TV sound bar and fan.
