This has a larger layout with a bigger kitchen, 2 seating places on the porch to view the bay which accommodate 3, 5 and 4 people comfortably. Inside features a large living room with 55" tv and Bose speakers, 2 oversized suites, one accommodates an extra daybed for 2 along with a king bed and large closet. The other bedroom is large enough to easily fit a pack n play, or 3! That has a walk in bathroom with glass shower, and there's another bathroom in the hallway. The wrap around deck features a 6 person dining table and a double chaise lounge. The pool/bar area has 10 4" padded 4 chaise lounges, 8 bar stools, a 6 person dining set and a modular seating area for 6 under the home featuring a 55" 4K Samsung TV sound bar and fan.

This house is well stocked and designed for luxury and comfort!! Great location for family reunions, office get together, girls weekend, kid friendly, lower level handicap accessible.
