The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across the street from IWU campus, which made it super convenient since I was traveling to Marion for school. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were dropping our son off at IWU and the location couldn’t be any more convenient to the school (walking distance), stores and restaurants. Property was very clean and well appointed. Will definitely use again in the future. "

"This lake house is a perfect for a quiet restful time away. It had everything we needed and then some and very clean. We loved having the little pontoon boat to paddle around the lake on and the kids enjoyed the fishing poles provided. My favorite was the fire pit table and comfy chairs in the carport! Would definitely recommend! "

"We are a family of four generations who was looking for a safe place to do some generational digging and healing. This space ended up being the perfect place for us to do just that. It was peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and provided every amenity we could have possibly wanted. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful and hospitable going above and beyond. "Lovely cottage with all the amenities; including a full working kitchen. Loved having the use of a washer and dryer. Very clean and neat with plenty of extra pillows, etc. Shower was good. Nice decor. Nice large smart TV with bonus tv in one of the bedrooms. Nice location and loved the back yard patio. Would stay again; thank you for providing a warm and welcoming place to call home for our stay at Caitlin’s Cottage. "
